All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders can no longer be cancelled.
All sales are final once an order has left our warehouse.
Refunds will accepted under a few conditions:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (40 days) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- In certain situations, we will accept returns IF you did NOT open the product. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
You can submit refund requests through our contact form. This must be done within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. Please allow up to 3 days for a response.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
